This project is a prototype for the densification of existing commercial mall sites. The project includes:

 2 residential towers each at 17 storeys, 130 units, 172,000sf

 landscaped podium over a regional transit hub

350 parking spaces

Our services included submission to the local municipality for Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment and Site Plan Approval, including negotiations with local Councillors, residents, business groups, and transit authorities in Mississauga, Brampton and Toronto.
