A new home built in an established north Beaches neighbourhood, this private residence is a unique configuration of three levels

to the street and two stacked 1 1/2 storey spaces towards the rear yard on a narrow but deep sloping lot. The Owners' lifestyle  emphasizes formal and informal entertaining, and the collection of contemporary art and sculpture, thus defining 2 principal spaces of differing characters, both of which offer large wall spaces for the display of artworks. The design creates open, functional spaces in a contemporary envelope which can morph with the desires of the occupants.
