Kimbercroft Terrace is an 8-storey, 150-unit residential condominium in Scarborough, Ontario.

Its most unique feature is a large landscaped terrace with tennis courts and formal gardens.

For the exclusive use of residents, this terrace is accessible from the pool and recreation facility

and day-care. With its colourful facade of pre-cast concrete, the structure was enclosed and

weather-tight in an extremely short time frame. This project was nominated for an urban design

award by the City of Scarborough.
