When completed, the Harbin Ice Sport and Trade Hall Facility will be the first project of its kind in China. 6 rinks in total, 4 rinks will be used for private league hockey and training with 6 changerooms servicing each pad. The central 2 Olympic rinks can be combined into a single pleasure skating surface with a perimeter 200m speed skating track. These two rinks can also be transformed into one of the largest clear-span spaces in the city accomodating trade shows and spectator events. Ancilliary features include a 10,000 sf western theme restaurant/bar, interactive video hall, dryland training center, food court,

pro-shop and complete equipment rental facilities.
