Originally constructed as a joint venture with the local community centre, the addition to the  Graydon Sr. PS is a two storeys, 12 classrooms addition with barrier-free elevator and air conditioning and renovations in the existing school for a an Orthopaedic Room and Alternative Learning Environment.

Placed close to the street, the addition gives the school a greater presence in the community, and a more prominent main entrance.
